KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Dayton Development Company, a Minnesota Corporation, owner and proprietor of
the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: That part of the
Southeast 4 of Section 30, Township 28, Range 24, lying Easterly of the Westerly line of Valley View Road and lying
Southerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the East line of said Southeast 4 distant 659.40
feet North of the Southeast corner of said Southeast 4, thence West at right angles to said East line 220 feet,
