KNOW ALL MEN BY THESd PRESENTS: That the Third addition Company, a Minnesota corporation, owners and proprietors
of the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. to wit: that part

West, lying West of SOUTHDALE FIRST ADDITION and South of the following described line: Beginning at a point in
the West line of Lot Twenty-seven (27), Block One (1), SOUTHDALE FIRST ADDITION, distant Two Hundred Seventy-five
