Know all men by these presents: that we,Mtchoel Ai Delaney and Ruby H. Delaney, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, of the following described property situated in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lots 1,2 and 3, Block 1, Stow's Delaney Additio, McCoy Replat, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as STOW'S DELANEY ADDITION DELANEY REPLAT subject to the utility easements as shown on the annexed plat.
