Know all men by these presents: that Nquity Capital Cospaay, a Minnesota Corporation, owner and proprietor, of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Int 1, Block 9, Stow's Zdgemoor Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, on file or of record in the office of
the Registrar of Titles, in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as STOWS EDb&1008 ADDITION, BLOCK 9, RIPIAT and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the Drive as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to the utility and
sanitary sewer #&*snouts as shown on the annexed plat.
In witness whereof said Nquity Capital Company has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on this day of A. D. 1962,

duly sworn, did any that they are the President and the Secretary, respectively, of Nquity Capital Company, the
corporation named in the foregoing instrument, and said instrument was signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation
by authority of its board of directors, and Harry J. Klein and James N. Gottlieb acknowledged said instrument to be the
free act and deed of *aid corporation, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said
corporation.
