a Minnesota limited partnership, an undivided 91.43% interest and John W. Hedberg, an
undivided 8.57% interest, fee owners, and that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
Edina, Minnesota, a public body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
