limited partnership, an undivided 91.43% interest and John W. Hedberg, an undivided 8.57% interest, fee owners,
and that the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Edina, Minnesota, a public body corporate and politic under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, contract purchaser, of the following described property situated in the County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
OUTLOT B, THE COVENTRY AT CENTENNIAL LAKES 5TH ADDITION,
according to the recorded plat thereof;
and
All that part of OUTLOT A, THE COVENTRY AT CENTENNIAL LAKES 4TH ADDITION, according
to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said OUTLOT A; thence on an assumed bearing of North 80
degrees i 1 minutes 28 seconds East, along the northerly line of said OUTLOT A for 83.43 feet;
thence southerly for 6.11 feet along a nor -tangential curve concave to the west, radius 1040.72 feet
and central angle 00 degrees 20 minutes 12 seconds, the chord of said curve bears South 08 degrees
37 minutes 27 seconds East; thence South 80 degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds West for 83.60 feet to
the westerly line of said OUTLOTA; thence northerly for 5.75 feet along said westerly line along
a non-tangential curve concave to the west, radius 1003.98 feet and central angle 00 degrees 19
minutes 42 seconds, the chord of said curve bears North 06 degrees 49 minutes 06 seconds West,
to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as THE COVENTRY AT CENTENNIAL LAKES 7TH
ADDITION. In witness whereof, said Centennial Land Limited Partiership, a Minne ota lin ited partnership, has
