KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of Edina, Minnesota, a public body corporate and politic under the laws of the State
of Minnesota, fee owner, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to wit:
OUTLOT B, SOUTH EDINA DEVELOPMENT ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof;
And that Kenneth M. Anderson, Personal Representative of the Estate of Fred W. Hedberg,
deceased, an undivided 91.43% interest and John W. Hedberg,
an undivided 13.571/o interest, fee owners of the following described property situate in the
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit;
OUTLOT A, SOUTH EDINA DEVELOPMENT ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof,
And that Eden Place, Inc., a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, fee owner of the following
described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
All that part of Lot 1, Block 1, EDEN PLACE ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies westerly of the following described
line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said LOT 1; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 89 degrees 57 minutes 33 seconds East, along the north line of
said LOT 1, for 125.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence South 00 degrees 14 minutes 09 seconds East for 289.54 feet to
the southerly line of said LOT 1 and there terminating.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as THE CRESCENT AT CENTENNIAL
LAKES and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public, for public use forever, the avenue and
the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat. In witness whereof, said Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of Edina, Minnesota, a public body corporate and politic under the laws
of the State of Minnesota, has caused these presents to be signed by Frederick S. Richards, its
