• AN ORDINANCE OPTING-OUT OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF
MINNESOTA STATTUES, SECTION 462.3593
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Chapter 36 of the Edina City Code is amended BY ADDING Section 36-11 to
provide as follows:
36-11 OPT-OUT OF MINNESOTA STATTUES, SECTION 462.3593.
Pursuant to the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision
9, the City of Edina opts-out of the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section
462.3953, which defines and regulates Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings.
Section 3. This ordinance is effective upon adoption.
First Reading: August 16, 2016
Second Reading: Waived
Published: September 8, 2016
