The watermain does not appear to be in any County Right-of-way, therefore we will need an easement recorded for this. The vacation of the roadway was contingent on dedicating this easement. You can either file and record the easement yourselves or you can have the Civil Engineer put together a legal description and I can formulate the easement for the owners of the property to sign (I would need that information) and then we can record the easement. I believe that this is the last item we need inorder to record the vacated right-of-way.
