The vacation request only includes the sanitary and watermain easements within the project and thus the 5' lot line easement will remain (the sanitary easement does overlap a portion of the 5 lot line easement in lot 4 but as shown on the attached exhibit the 5' easement will remain from east to west along the property line. I will also note that the gopher one field locate and survey indicated that existing electric lines actually exists south of the lot line anyway (see attached survey). I believe this info should address Xcel's questions, please let me know if you need any further info.
