The westerly 12 -feet of this parcel will remain as a utility and drainage easement, see attached sketch. Time Warner, Qwest, and Xcel Energy, Centerpoint Energy and the City of Edina Utilities do not object to this vacation. Staff recommends approval of the vacation. All persons who desire to be heard with respect to the question of whether or not the above proposed street right of way and utility and drainage vacation is in the public interest and should be made shall be heard at said time and place.
