It is my understanding that a hearing will be held this evening on a vacation of right of way. The easement is immediately south of my property at 5409 Abbott'Place in Edina. I am unable to attend the meeting due to a previous commitment. It is also my understanding that the ten foot easement will be divided between the two properties at 5409 and 5411 Abbott. I have discussed this matter with Mr. Michael Palm who is the owner of the property at 5411 Abbott and who initiated the action for the vacation. I am in support of the vacation and believe it would benefit both our properties and the city.
