NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE EDINA
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY:
1. Effective November 8, 2010 Scott H. Neal is appointed Executive Director of the
Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
2. This appointment shall carry with it the duties and responsibilities associated
with the office of Executive Director, and Scott H. Neal shall be listed as a signatory on all HRA
accounts.
