ACCEPTING DONATIONS City Of wind
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute No. 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens; and
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council and adopted by a
two-thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincerer
appreciation the following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Donation to the Braemar Memorial Fund for future Golf Course equipment purchases:
