City of Edina
WHEREAS, the Edina Zoning Board of Appeals met and approved the request for a 26.65
foot front yard setback variance from Oxford Avenue and a 21.66 foot side street setback variance
form Hollywood for the 788 square foot garage addition; and
WHEREAS, Richard R. Miller, 5340 Hollywood Road Avenue appealed the
aforementioned variance on June 28, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Edina City Council heard the objections at a public hearing on July 17,
2007.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Edina City Council that the requested 26.65
foot front yard setback variance from Oxford Avenue and a 21.66 foot side street setback variance
form Hollywood Road for the 788 square foot garage addition;is hereby granted and approved.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of July, 2007.
