CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
DONCASTER WAY SIDEWALK

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 401 day of September, 2007, in the
Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Sidewalk Improvement Project No.
S-092 for Doncaster Way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED this 701 day of August, 2007.
