Re: Vacation of Public Right of Way of Portions of'Old
County Road 18 and Old County Road 62..
In order'to cover.the requested easement for Northwestern Bell
Telephone Company plant as stated in our letter of September'4,
1975, we propose to add the following description to the original
described survey of the land to be vacated':
The above vacation proceedings subject to a retained'
utility_ easement within said described vacation of
portions of Old County Road 18 and Old County Road 62
in order to maintain, replace and remove -underground
conduit, manholes, cables, wires and poles required
for telephone communications and electric lines to
provide service to customers ;alo this route.
