RE: Vacation of Public Right of Way of Portions of Old
County Road 18 and Old County Road 62.
In order to cover the requested easement for Northern States
Power Co. plant as stated in our letter of September 10, 1975,
we propose to add the following description to the original
described survey of the land to be vacated:
The above vacation proceedings subject to a retained
utility easement within said described vacation
of portions of Old County Road 18 and Old County
Road 62 in order to maintain, replace and remove
underground conduit, cables, wires and poles re-
quired for electric lines to provide service to
customers along this route.
