Dear Mrs. Hallberg:
This is in answer to the proposed agenda for the Edina City
Council Meeting of September 19, 1975. With reference to the
street vacation of Portions of Old County Road #18 and Old
County Road x#62, we have a main line feeder on said property.
We wish to advise you that we have no objections to this action,
provided we are granted a permanent easement for our facilities,
or are reimbursed for rerouting them.
