Dear Ms. Hallberg;
The Rauenhorst Corporation requests that the Edina City Council
consider and approve vacation of the segment (Parcel A) of Old
County Road 62 described on the attached survey. If at all possible,
we would appreciate having this matter considered by the Council
at their first meeting in September.
Please note that we are requesting the City of Minnetonka to consider
vacation of Parcel B at their first regular meeting in September as
well.
I will be on vacation during the week of August 17th through ZZnd.
Therefore, any questions regarding this request should be directed
to Mr. Ray Drake of our staff.
