PETITION TO VACATE STREET
TO THE HONOMBLE COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA

The undersigned represent that they are the majority of owners of real property
abutting on the line of Lincoln Drive as platted not developed street
from the sotth lane to the notth line as PUV the attachment 9 and
petition that said portion of said street be vacated. The facts and reasons for this
application are as follows: replatting of the property is in progress which negates the need
for the oxhisting allignment as currently platted not developed.
In consideration of vacating the street as herein petitioned the undersigned hereby
jointly and severally waive any and all claims for any damages resulting from the
vacating and discontinuing of said street.
