WHEREAS, the requested subdivision is authorized under Code S ction 810 and it has
been determined that compliance with the Subd vision and Zoning Regulations of the City of
Edina will create an unnecessary hardship and said Parcels as separate acts of land do not
interfere with the purpose of the Subdivision and Zoning Regulations as contained in the City of
Edina Code Sections 810 and 850;
