AN ORDINANCE AMENDI
TO ALLOW THE ANIMAL

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF E ]
Section 1. Paragraph of Subd. 5 of Su
Code is amended to read as follows:
"B. The Animal Control Officer may d
