THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDI A ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 410.01 of Section 41 of the City Code is

Section 5. Paragraph F of Subsection 410 O3 of Section 410f the City Co a is

Section 6. Paragraph G of Subsection 41(11.93 of Section 410 f the City Coe is
amended to read as follows:

Section 7. Subsection 410.04 of Section 41 f the City Code is amended to re d as
follows:
"410.04 Organization and Enforcemeni.The organizati n of the Bu ding
Department of the City, and enforcement of this Section, shall be establish d by
Chapter 1 of the UBC."
Section 8. Line 2 of Subsection 400.01 of ection 400 of the City Code is amended
by replacing the reference to "Section 204 of th Uniform Building Code (UBC)" with
"Section 105 of the Uniform Building Code (UB )'i.
Section 9. Paragraph A of Subsection 40). 2 of Section 400 of the City C de is
amended by replacing the reference to "Section of the UBC" with "Section 105 f the
UBC".
Section 10. The ninth line of paragraph B f Subsection 400.02 f Section 400 f the
