THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA O GAINS:
Section 1. The first sentence of Subsec irk 805.04 of Section 805 of the
Code is amended as follows:
"The Commission shall consist of nine re idents of the City appointed by
Mayor with the consent of a majority of 4he members of tho Council."
Section 2. The third sentence of Subdivisi n 1 of Subsection
850 of the City Code is amended as follows:
"All members of the Co mission, from 1
