The City Council of the City of Edina Ordains: Section 1. Ordinance No. 2000-11 granting a Franchise to Everest Minnesota Licensee, LLC is hereby rescinded in its entirety. Section 2. Ordinance No. 2000-12 granting a Franchise to WideOpenWest is hereby rescinded in its entirety. Section 3. The process undertaken by the City of Edina pursuant to Minn. Stats 238-081, is hereby completed as it relates to WideOpenWest and Everest Minnesota Licensee, LLC requests for a Franchise. Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon adoption. Adopted this 5th day of June, 2001.
