The City Council of the City of Edina Ordains:
Section 1. The City Code is amended by adding a new

126.01 Absentee Ballot Board Established. here is hereby establ shed an Absen ee
Ballot Board pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sec ion 203B.13 Subd 1 or the purpose of
processing absentee ballots cast by Edina cit zens. The boards all consist of a
sufficient number of election judges appointe I as provided in Minnesota Statul es
Sections 204B.19 to 204B.22.
126.02 Duties of the Absentee Ballot Board.
Judges shall meet and take receipt of all return ;
Clerk at Edina City Hall. Two or more electioi
absentee ballots pursuant to Minnesota Statutes C
Section 2.. Effective Date. This ordinance shall
