AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECT10fi 810 OF THE C
AMEND THE DEFINITION OF THE TE M "NEIGHBO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subd. 1 of Subsection 810.02 of the City Cade is amended by
definition of "Neighborhood" as follows:

"Neighborhood. All lots in the Single Dwellin Unit District as esta lished by Secti
850 of this Code which are wholly or partiallyithin 500 feet of the erimeter of the
proposed plat or subdivision except
A. Lots used for publicly owned parks, #laygrounds, athletic facilities and
courses;
B. Lots used for conditional uses as esta lished by Section 85 of this Code;
C. Lots separated from the proposed pla or subdivision by the right of way,
either T.H. 100 or T.H. 62.
If the neighborhood includes only a part of a lot then the whole of th t lot shall be
included in the neighborhood. As to streets on e perimeter of the proposed plat or
subdivision, the 500 feet shall be measured fron the common line of 1he street and th
proposed plat or subdivision."
