AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 850
THE CITY OF THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 850.16 is hereby amended by adding the following accessory use in
PCD -1:
"Drive through facilities, except those accessory to I) financial institutions, and ii) food
establishments as defined in Section 720 of the City Code."
Section 2. Effective Date This ordinance shall be in full effect upon passage and
publication according to law.
Adopted this 15tht day of February, 2000.
