HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000-13 Amending Section 900.07EDINA ORDINANCE NO. 2000-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.07 PROVIDING A REDUCTION IN THE FEE FOR ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR PASSING ANNUAL LIQUOR COMPLIANCE CHECKS The City Council of the City of Edina Ordains: Section 1. Section 900.07 of the City Code is hereby amended by adding the following new Subd. 2 On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal Fee. Subd. 2 On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License Renewal Fee. A business with an On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License that passes the annual compliance checks, with no violations carrying a penalty of $500 or greater, under the Administrative Liquor Enforcement Penalty matrix, shall be eligible for a reduction in the annual license fee. The annual license fee reduction shall be $500, up to a maximum of $1,000 for two consecutive license years with no violations. Section 2. Subdivisions 2 and 3 of Subsection 900.07 are hereby renumbered Subdivisions 3 and 4 respectively. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
