AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY ZONING MAP FROM R-2, DOUBLE
DWELLING UNIT DISTRICT TO R-1, SINGLE DWELLING UNIT DISTRICT
THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 36-402 is amended by rezoning from Double Dwelling Unit District (R-2) to
Single Dwelling unit District (R-1) the following described property located within the City of Edina:
Lots I & 2, Block I, McCauley Heights 8th Addition, Hennepin County, MN
Section 2. The official zoning map of the City of Edina referred to and described in Section 36-402
of the Edina City Code shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the zoning map on
file in the City Clerk's office shall be appropriately marked for the purpose of indicating the rezoning
provided for in this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.

Second Reading: January 17, 2018
