Due to lack of a quorum, no official Park Board meeting was held
in November, 1960.
However, on November 7, the regular Park Board meeting night, 14r.
Hill, Mr. Crinkley and Mr. French, met with Mr. Don Rippel, golf course
architect from Harrison and Associates, to consider golf course layout
modifications, as prepared and presented by Mr. Rippel.
After thorough consideration, one modified layout was selected as best
meeting the stipulations set forth by the Board. It was agreed that for
the December 5th Park Board meeting, Harrison & Associates would present
to the Board a revised land use plan for the golf course and the entire
Hays Farm Park site --the golf layout to show, of course, the modifications
as agreed upon at this meeting.
