AGENDA
I. Approval of Minutes of October 10, 1960 meeting.
II. Delegation to be heard from Division and Rutledge park site. Petition
requesting development of this park site to be presented.
III. Petiticn from Woodhill Edina Association Requesting warming house
for current season for skating rink on Lake Cornelia.
IV. Petition to fill park strip on west and south shore of Lake Cornelia,
south of 66th Street. Referred by Council for recommendation.
V. Laguna, Drive Street Vacation --Neighbors controversy, Haling vs. Crist.
Recommendation wanted.
VI. Land Acquistion
A. Settlement- with County on Hays Farm corner and County Road 18.
B. 55th & York
ko Lot 1 and N 35 feet of Lot 2, Block 3, Seelys Addition to
Hawthorn Park.
C. Moore Property.
VII. Review of Contracts 6aith Harrison & Associates
A. Base Contract
B. Extension 1 to cover project engineering
Extension 2 to cover additional work involved on Cornelia
School -Park project.
C. Letter contract on Pamela Park water level control
D. Letter contract on Highlands.. Park storm drainage control.
VIII. Letter to 52nd and Arden Park representatives.

IX. Report on Winter Sports program.
X. Inspection of areas by Park Board, according to assignment --discuss.
XI. Golf Course and Hays Farm land use plan postponed to next regular
park board meeting or special meeting. Discuss.

The next Park Board Meeting will be December 5. 1960 at 7:30 P.M. in
the usual place.
Quite a sizeable agenda is developing$ so I hope you can all be present
and we can start promptly.
Some agenda items:
1. Harrison and Associates will present a revision on the entire Hays
Farm land use plan. (see minutes of Park Board sub -committee meeting.)
2. Delegation from Division & Rutledge Park area to be heard.
3. Petition for warming house at Lake Cornelia.
4. Report on skating and hockey rink facilities and winter sports program.
5. Park Inspection program.
Gold stars to Mr. Bill Greer and Mr. Bob Diercks for inspecting and
turning in the inspection sheets for their part of the Park Board inspection
program.
Hove are you coming with your inspection assignment? The Board has
agreed that at least one inspection should be made this fall, before snow
covers the ground.
A discussion of the inspection program and your reports is on tho
agenda for the next meeting.
