Minutes of a speci~l meeting of the Council of the Village 03 Edina duly called for the purpose of auditins and examining the accounts of Village Recorder Moore and Villase Treasurer Duggan on November 25, 1931 at 8 P. 11.
The meeting having been called to order at the home of Village Recorder, found McGuire, Prescott, and Xoore present . Whereupon the meeting was transfered to the home of Trustee Billson who
while confined to his hume by iqjury was able to take his part in the meeting. Village Treasurer Duggan rras also present

with Harriet State Bank W~LB $11,608.08 with all current bills paid as of November 15, 1931 and there be- no outstanding Village warrants, fter due examination and audit 02 all books and accounts of the TT F llage Recorder and Village Treasurer, it was moved Prescott that the accounts of Recorder and Treasures- having been
duly examined, verified and audited and found correct, that the same be ac.cepted and approved and published in the official. newspaper of the Village, December 2, 1931, issue. Motion seconded
by Willson and carried unanimously.
