The meeting vas called to order by President XcGorira and those pre-sent were EcGuFre, Preseott,, Willson, Moore and Village Treasurer J, 3. Daggan,
’ Alh books and records mere displayed, studied and noted and the sum of $1,526,%7 was found to be the mount collected by
the Recorder and turned over to the Village Treasurer in the above period, Interest from the Rariett State Bank for
a period of three months when interest on Village deposits. D@re allowed was $27,35. The armoant received by the Vfl-
lage Treasurer from County Treasurer in the same period was
for the same period were $30,196.47 leaving cash on deposit in the Earriet State Bank, Official Tillage Depositary, of
$9,860.44, There being no 0utst;anding Village Warrants or General Tillage obligations and all current bills being

, Zt was moved by Trustee Prescott, that the books and recorda
of Village Treasurer Duggan and VilZage Eecsrder Moore, having
been duly examined, audited and verified and. fouad to be correct for the period Savember 15, 1’931# to and including Movember 15,
1932, that the same be accep%ed and certified and published in the Eennepin County Review, official newspaper of the Village
of Edima, in the December lb 1932, issue, motion vas seconded
by Willson and duly carriede
