Xinutes of the regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Ldina
held in Grange Ha21 at 8 PI&, on July
7, 1934.
The meeting was called to order by the President, roll vas
called and all members of the Council were found present except Blir. Moore who was absent on axcount of sickness.
The Road and Village bills, upon being found correct were on
motion Willson be a,llowed and ordered paid. Seconded by Blackrmrn and carried. They ace as follows: I'

It lrras moved Rillson that zpplication in form for building
permit by Vong Ring to erect a one-story building on his
forty-acre tract along Interlachen Road be granted. Motion seconded by Blackburn and carried.
Application in form for building pernit bv Roy Hilts for'
private dwelling on Lot 11, Block,l3, South Harriet Park Addition, vas on motion Willson be granted. Seconded by Blackburn and carried.
It nas moved Billson that Demission be given the Edina Theatre Corporation to lay a storm sewer in a.nd dong Vest 50th gtreet to connect storm water from the Edina
TSeakre vith Minneapolis storm sever system, said permit to be given under the express condition that the entire
cost, maintenance, and/or any liability resulting Trom same to be born entirely by the Edina Theatre Corporation. Motion seconded by Blackburn and carried.
The minutes of the regular meeting held on June 25, 1934
were read on motion Blackburn they be approved as read. Seconded by Villson and carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting motion vas made to adjourn at 10:15 P.U.
