AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.2012-15 A GAS ENERGY FRANCHISE
FEE ON CENTERPOINT ENERGY MINNESOTA GAS("CENTERPOINT ENERGY")
FOR PROVIDING GAS ENERGY SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF EDINA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY EDINA MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No.2012-15 is amended to provide as follows:
Section 3. FRANCHISE FEE STATEMENT AND SCHEDULE. A franchise fee is hereby imposed on Compa-
ny in accordance with the following fee schedule:
