NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO.BA-447
The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hall on Tuesday,
December 5,2017,starting at 7:00 p.m.to consider the following pro-
posed improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by
Minnesota Statutes,Chapter 429.
Concord A&G Estimated Total Assessment Cost
Neigh orhood Roadway $1,830,272.00
The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed improvements
includes all properties between and including:
4701 to 4900 W 60th Street,4704 to 4816 W 62nd Street,5944,6140
&6200 Concord Avenue, 6004 to 6301 Parnell Avenue, 6104 to 6225
Ryan Avenue, 4708 to 4825 Valley View Road, 6000 to 6313 Virginia
Avenue,4700 to 4713 Virginia Lane.
These properties are proposed to be assessed at approximately
$15,800.00 per residential equivalent unit.
