Trustee VilLlson moved the re-consideration of the amendment to Section 7, of the Non-intoxicating &It Liquor Ordinance, passed bpt not published at the February Ilth, meetingo, Eo-tion seconded by Prescott and carried, five (5) ayes and no nays, and so ordered, Thereupon Trustee Villson offered the f ollaving Resolution and moved its adoption,. An Ordinance amendixzg an Ordinance licensing and Regulating the sale of Non-intoxicating &It Liq- uors, Repealing inconsistent Ordinsnces and pro- viding a penalty for the Violation thereof, The Comorz Council of the Village of Edina, do Ordaino The on (5) - Sectiion 1, That Section 7 of said ordinance, entitled ''Closing Hoursn reading as follows: "No sales of any non-intoxicating malt liquor shall be made on any primary, general or special election da;P,*' the same hereby is amended to read as foXloas: Section 7, Closing Hours, ~o Sale of any non-intoxicating malt liquor In any place licened for "On Sales" no non-intoxicating malt liquor shall be sold, offered for sale, served or consumed therein betaeen the hours of ane (11 o'clock AYE. and six (6) a'c&ock A.Nett be and shall be made on any Primary, general or special ele t tion day.
