The meeting was ca.lled to order by the President, roll r;?2s called and 311 members of the Council mere present. Several reeidents living in the neighborhood of Indian- ola and Vest 50th St., appeared before the Clouncil with the request that the street grade leading up to Test 50th. St. be modified on account of Test 50th St. nov being a "$to$ Street'' that stopping on the steejj grade made. starting rather impossible. On motion Lloore, the xatter be referred to the Road and Bridge Comnittee for attention, seconded by Villson end carried. Er. Hall, Superintendent for the €3. F. IJelEon fprfri, anne3red before the Council yith the request that certain road grading be made on the piblic road leading ou.t of the >Telson farrii to State Highmay #5. Kr. IJelson offered. to do the nork and furnish tractor and grader if the Village mould buy the gasoline. Bhereupon it was moved Preacott, that the proposition be accented, seconded by Willson md carried. Xr. Alex Creighton, Assessor, apoeared before the Council and presented his bill for the 1935 Real Ectate, Psrsonel Property, and Xoney 2nd Credits assessments, mounting to nine-t;y day$ at $5.00 per day.
