The meeting was called to order by President EdcGuire, the roll
vias called and all members of the Council were present
as Village Treasurer Duggan, -
as well
All 'books and records of the Treasurer and Recorder were avail-
able and were displayed, stud6ed and noted and the sum of #29009.36
mas found to he amount collected by the Recorder and turned over eo the Treasurer during the past year, Treasurer from the County Treasurer during the same period and
placed in the Genera?. Fund was $36,220.21. - The cash balance to
the credit of the Village'General Fund on November 15, 1934 was
$2$202.IO making total receipts -$40,43le67 from all sources. The
Disbursements for the above period was $37,143.97, leaving cash on
hand and on deposit wit& the EdEand matioxla1 Bank and Trust Go,,
Hinneapolis, Minnesota, of $3,297.03. There being no Village Warrants or general Village obligations outstanding.
It was thereupon moved by Trustee Prescott,, that the books and
records of the Village Treasurer and Village Recorde2 having been
duly audited, exarjzined and verified and found to be correct for
the period November 15, 1934 to November 15, 1935# that the sme
be accepted, oerttfied and signed and ordered published in the next issure of the Henriepin County Revfew, the official public-
ation of the Village of Edina, The motian to adopt vias seconded by Trustee Blackburn and was carrked by an affirmative vote of all
meabers of the Council, except Recorder Boore, not voting, and so
declared duXy carried,
No further business to corne before the Caunci?. at this meeting,
motian to adjcurn carried at 10e30 PM.
