The meeting was called to order ’by President Sharpe, the rol’i called ana a11 members were pre8ent.
Hinutea of the regular meeting held on Pebruary 10th. were read, on motion Blackburn, they be approved a8 read seconded by Prescott
and carried.
Er Hc N. BromUy, again appeared before the Council asking that
permfssion be granted to locate and build a private garage close to the street and in front of existing houses at about 6155 E’rance Avenue. After discussion it me mooed Willson, the matter be .
referred to Village agineer for k$s recomendaffon and report seconded by Eoore and carried.
The Road and Village bills, upon being duly examined and fouad correct, were on motion Vi1b30n, be allowed and ordered pafd,
seconded by Prescott and carried.
Trustee Blackburn offered Dixie Insurance policy #SO60 Fire and Theft on Police ca9c and moved its acceptance, seconded
by Prescott and carried.
Village Health Officer, Dr Campbell, reported that he bad visited Hr 3, B. Davis, at tihe Glen La;ke Sanitarium and had otherwfse checked‘into his case and confered with those of the medical staff of t31e institulion: It was Dr Campbellta opinion that it would
probably take 2 to 3 years to effeot s cure.
Dr CEtmpbell, also reported mat he pad inspected the several restzaarants in the Village and that they vere clean when inspected.
Vdllage Treasurer Dughjan , presented Paid4snd Cancelled Later Sewer Districi; Number One, Y&rrants number OW, inzunount 8500.00 each telqaaer wit31 paid intresf coupans numbered 6,7,8,9 ,lO,lX J2yX3,14,
