Grmg Hall at 8 P.M. en July 19, 1937.
The meeting was called to order by President Sharp and the falloaing rnernbera
were present: Shaqe, ubore, Holten and Willsen,
and the fellawing were absent: Trustee Prescstt absent frem the Village.
Trustee Holtsn introduced the following resolution and moved it8
ado pti o n :
RTEREAS, the Village Council has heretefore determined to issue
and has sold $16,000 Sewer District Mo. 3 Special Assessment Warrtmts and,
WEREAS, it ia to the interest of the Village and of the property
owners in said district to make the later maturing warrmts redeemable
prier to maturity, and
WEREbeS, the purchasers have consented to such change,
NOW, Tl3.EWFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Edina as follows:

1. AI1 of said warranta meturing on January 1, 19&, and there-
after, being number8 18 ts 33, both inclusive, shall be mbject to
redemption at the option of the Village B$ January 1, 1943, and on any
interest payment dzte thereafier at par and accrued intarest.

warrants are payable, &ich notice shall Cecify the fact and date af
such redemption and that intorest en said warrants &aL1 cease from and
afier such redelzrptien date.
Said warrants &all be called for redemption upen thirty (30)
3. Each of said warrants numbers 18 to 33 shall contain the follow-
ing notation as to such call, vhich shall be printed in red ink inside the
border on the left hand margin thereof:
This warrant may be redeemed on January 1, 1949,
er any interest date thereafter at par and accrued
interest.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Recorder ?bore and upOn vote being taken thereon the f01lswing
voted in fa-asr thereef: Halten, Idgore, Willson and Sharp (4)
and the following voted against same: None (0)
