The meeting was called to order by President Sharpe, the roll 'called and all members of the CouncPl were present except Tmdtee Prescott.
Ibe meeting having been called for the purpose of discussing and studyAg such VlUage pr4bf,eln;r as br&&nt rental taxes, storm and- sanitary seer@ and-reviewing the statement of the Country Club District Service Campany for the period ending December 31, 1937.
After lengthly discuseisn, 3t was moved by Holten, that the matters of rates and ahargea as given in the statement of the Country Club District ServicPe Company, for period ending as of December 31, 1937, be referred to the President for general discussion with Mr Oscar Gaarden, motson seconded by Moore
Recorder presented the mattes of the P.W.A, allotmnt having been granted for a Village Ea13 and Community Building. It was thereupon moved by Holten, that the matter of selecting an architect for &me8 be referred to President Sharpe for his recommendations at the next meeting of the Council, seconded
No further business -to come before this meeting., the President declared the meeting adjourned at 11&0 PM.
