The meeting vas called to otrder by President Sharpe, Those present were President Sharpe, Trustee iIolten,
and Recarder FZloore, Trustees Willson and Irgens were
called an the telephane and waived ttXc&ice of EeetLngw stating that any unanimaus vote of the three Councilmen present mould meet with their appraval.
The meeting nas called to. consider approval af South
White Oaks Addition, being re-submitted by Mr. Specht.
Discussion was made by Village Attorney Strong, George
A. Specht, Eessrs. Sand, and Gebo,'and the several members
of the Cauncil present. The question mas raised about
considering the matter at this time because it had been duly referred by Council action on X'sy 8th to the regular
meeting of the Council to be held an Xay 22, 1939.
Statement was also made that Village Engineer had nut considered neighboring property in recommending that
the South White Oaks plat be accepted and that assurance should be given the inOBPested property owners along
Erance Avenue that they would have acc.ess to the rear af
their property. After further discussion Trustee Halten moved that the proposed plat a.f Sauth White Oaks Additim
as submitted by Gearge A, Specht be accepted, &lotian seconded by Xoore and the roll on being called found
Sharpe, Holten, and Emre voking for the motion, nme
vating against, and so declared duly carried.

Befasre the meeting vas adjourned a Gentleman's understanding
was arrived at in that the Village would put in a passabre
road en the rear of the Land, Gebo, and Lavelett property
if and when provided vith Right of \'lay w'ithaut expense
to the Village,
