A number of resident8 of Thielan and Brookaide Avenue were present to diacusrj the installation of sanitary sewer to the neighborhood in which they live. Village -*ng f neer Bradley advised with reference to. connection with a Morningside sewer as we11 a$ connecting to the Vest end of the Sunnyside Road Bevier which on account of extra expense for a 17 ft lift and and that as the latter sewer was but 6" in dimeter, he doubted if approvaf.would be granted. He further advised he believed the best solution to be through the Sunny Slope Sectionmnd the installation 0f.a 15" f#&r(pe??m After much discussion and the study of maps and plats, the President on the suggestion of Chairman Noore of the Sanitation CommitWe, appointed the fol- . lowing residant8 as a committee to meet with the Sanitation Committee for further study of the problem. Nr Morthy, chairman and lllesars Lischeiness, Carlstrom (Sr) , S.S.Thorpe and OtDell, which was satisfactory, The proposed Ordinance to license and regulate BovrZfng Alleys was submitted by the Village Attorney and carefully gone over by all members ef the Council and others who were present. After careful study it was referred to the Village Attorney for redrafting and re-submission to the Council .It was moved by Irgena, that warrant be drawn and check issued in favor of C.R.Winchester in payment for fees and expsnses for police work on 2/15/40 and 2/17/40, seconded by Noore and carried, No further business to come before this meeting, motion to adjourn carried at 11,45 Pm Village Recorder.
