meeting of the Council of the
Village of Edina, duly held in Grange Hall on September 2, 1941 at 8:OO o'clock p. m,
The meeting vas called to order by the President, all members
being present except the Recorder, who mas out of the State,
Trustee X?31:faon moved that Trustee Irgens serve as Recorder pratem seconded by Trust.ee Vyatt , and carried , Trustee Irgens thereupon assumed the duties of Recorder protem.
Bids, as advertised for construction of Sanitary Sewer in
Sener District Bo. 9, according to plans and specifications
of Village Engineer Brad1,ey and duly approved by State
Department of Health, each accompanied by certified check
as provided, vere opened and read aloud as folloas:

Whereupon Trustee Wyatt moved all bids he referred to Village
Engineer Bradley for tabulation & recommendation, seconded
by Villson and carried.
Eessrs. Hansen 6- Parks, appeared with plot of Golf Terrace
Heights, vhich after discussion mas laid over until next
regulm meeting of the Council to be held on September 9,1941, -
Eo further business to come befare the meeting, motion tb adjourn carried at 16:30 p.m. I
