Section 185 —Schedule A is amended by changing the following fees: Section Subsection Purpose of Fee or Charge Amount 440 440.04 Plumbing or Water Minimum Fee Conditioning Permit Residential—per Fee Calculations Commercial-$27.00 plus surcharge pursuant to M.S. 1613.70 Fee Calculations: $0-$300 *$15 $301 -$700 *$15 plus 1.750/o>$300 $701 -$1,000 *$22.00 plus 3.10%>$700. $1,001 -$5,000 *$31.50 plus 2.60%>$1,000.00 $5,001 -$10,000 *$135.50 plus 2.15%>$5,000.00 $10,001 -$25,000 *$243.00 plus 1.85%>$10,000.00 $25,001 -$50,000 *$520.50 plus 1.65%>$25,000.00 $50,001 and over *$933.00 plus 1.30%>$50,000.00 *Plus surcharge pursuant to M.S. 16B.70 Section 2.
