An Ordinance Amending Section 900 of the City Code to Provide New Hours of Sale
for Establishments Holding Sunday On-Sale Licenses
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Paragraph B of Subd. 7 of Subsection 900.10 of the City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"B. Establishments holding both an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
and a Sunday On-Sale License may sell intoxicating liquor and wine in
conjunction with the sale of food between the hours of 10:00 AM on
Sundays and 1:00 AM on Mondays."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage.

Section 1. Paragraph B of Subd.7 of Subsection 900.10
of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
RATE INFORMATION "B.Establishments holding both an On-Sale intoxicat-
ing Liquor License and a Sunday On-Sale License
may sell intoxicating liquor and wine in conjunction
(1) Lowest classified rate paid by commercial users $ 2.85per line with the sale of food between the hours of 10:00 AM
for comparable space on Sundays and 1:00 AM on Mondays!
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage.
(2) Maximum rate allowed by law $ 6.20 per line First Reading: November 21,2006
Second Reading: December 5,2006
(3) Rate actually charged $ 1.30per line Published: December 14,2006 -
