THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. The following described fees of Schedule A to Code Section 185 are amended to
read as follows:
PURPOSE OF
SECTION SUBSEC. FEE/CHARGE AMOUNT
1100 1100.03 Subd.2 Domestic accounts used by
commercial and industrial $0.93 Up to 3500 cubic feet
buildings, including schools $1.23 Over 3500 cubic feet
and churches
Lawn watering accounts used
by commercial and industrial $1.23 Up to 3500 cubic feet
buildings, including schools $1.93 Over 3500 cubic feet
and churches
Section 2. The effective date of this Ordinance shall be February 21, 2007.
First Reading: February 6, 2007
Second Reading February 20, 2007
